With a planning construction area of 3,700,000 square meters, the whole Park has completed the construction of over 1,400,000 square meters.
The Chengdu Tianfu Software Park (TSP), located in the south of the Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, is one of Asia's largest IT parks and one of China's top 10 national-level software industry bases.
With a planning construction area of 3,700,000 square meters, the whole Park has completed the construction of over 1,400,000 square meters.
Zone A & Zone B
The total construction area of the Tianfu Software Park’s Zone A & Zone B is 230,000 square meters, and the zones have been operational since 2005. Zone A consists of nine office buildings and Zone B eight.
A large number of companies such as IBM and China Telecom have registered in Zone A. Building A1 accommodates supporting services for the companies in the Park, and various restaurants and canteens are located inside building A9.
Oracle, China Mobile Communications Corporation and some other software development and service companies have settled in Zone B.
Zone C & Zone D
Zone C & Zone D cover a total construction area of 560,000 square meters. Zone C consists of twelve office buildings and Zone D seven.
Huawei, Tencent, DHL and Siemens AG have settled in Zone C and DAMCO Logistics Co., Wipro Technologies have settled in Zone D.
In addition, there is a gallery named Chengdu MOCA inside building C1, and Building D1 consists of dormitories, apartment blocks and a hotel. The underground area of Zone D is specially for dining of foreign employees working in the Park.
Zone E & Zone F
With a total construction area of 250,000 square meters, Zone E consists of two streamlined buildings, which were put into service in 2011.
Zone E has offered office space for Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Philips Electronics Ltd. and CMGE, etc. In addition, there are a series of living facilities including 7-11, Pizza Hut, KFC and Costa Coffee in the zone.
Occupying an area of 256,000 square meters, Zone F is now under construction and a comprehensive business and office complex, covering eight office buildings, related service facilities and an underground parking lot, has been planned to be built in the zone.
The whole Zone is expected to put into service by May 2017.
Zone G
Zone G covers a total construction area of 501,000 square meters, among which 200,000 square meters are operational now. According to planning, the zone consists of 5 office buildings, 6 residential buildings, 1 kindergarten and other service facilities.
The whole zone is expected to put into service by May 2017.
