It has a total planned construction area of 3.7 million sq. m. and a built-up area of 1.4 million sq. m. Officially getting operational since 2005, TSP has been the fastest-growing professional software park in China, with a total of more than 400 renown domestic and international companies, including IBM, SAP, NEC, Cisco, EMC, Philips, Dell, Huawei, Ubisoft, Alibaba, Maersk, Siemens, Ericsson, Tencent, Wipro, DHL, PwC and Manulife Financial. 40% of the tenants are foreign-funded companies and 33 Fortune Global 500 companies. The working population of the Park has exceeded 42000.
As an important base of Chengdu’s software and information service industry, TSP enjoys strong supports from the Chengdu High-tech Industrial Development Zone involving various subsidies and infrastructure services. TSP has successfully promoted industrial clusters of IT-BPO, digital entertainment, telecommunications and mobile internet and has become the first strategic choice for leading domestic and international software and information service companies layouts in western China.
