Chengdu, Kathmandu Establish Sister-City Relationship

Chengdu and Kathmandu established a sister-city relationship on Dec.23, 2016.
Secretary of the CPC Chengdu municipal committee Tang Liangzhi met mayor of Kathmandu Rudra Tamang on Dec. 23, 2016 (Nepal time) and signed an agreement on establishing the sister-city relationship between Chengdu and Kathmandu.
They attended the signing ceremony on cooperation between companies of the two cities in finance, media, energy and infrastructure.
Chengdu companies in water treatment, urban construction, finance, media and energy had talks with their Nepal counterparts.
