Chengdu Issues 1st Online Car-hailing Service Operating License

The city set a national precedent in bringing online car-hailing operators under strict official control.
According to an official document jointly issued by the Chengdu Municipal Traffic Commission and other six government departments, the construction and traffic management bureau of Jinjiang District issued the online car-hailing service operating license to Didi Chuxing, China's largest car-on-demand service provider, on March 8.
